These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MenTools website (the “Site”) and any products or services we sell through it, including (a) digital products (downloads and/or access to digital content) and (b) physical products delivered to you (together, the “Products” and “Service”). By using the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Site or place an order.
The Site is operated by Loico Ltd trading as MenTools (“MenTools”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

Contact us using the above details for customer service, refunds, returns, cancellations, disputes, and complaints.
You must be 16 years or older to purchase from the Site. If you are under 16, you may only use the Service with a parent or legal guardian’s involvement and consent.
“Digital Products”: digital content supplied either by download (e.g., toolkits, PDFs, templates, files) and/or by online access (e.g., course content and other digital content available through your account).
“Physical Products”: tangible goods shipped to you.
“Order”: a purchase made through the Site.
“Contract”: the contract between you and us for your Order.
“Consumer”: an individual buying mainly for personal use (not business).
When you place an Order, we may create an account automatically using your checkout details so you can access:
your order history,
Digital Products (downloads and/or access),
invoices/receipts where available.
We may also send you purchase/access information by email.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorised access, misuse, or breach of these Terms.
We aim to describe Products accurately. Images are illustrative and packaging may vary. Product availability can change; if a Product becomes unavailable after you place an Order, we will contact you and refund any amounts paid for that unavailable item.
6.1 Contract formation
You place an Order by completing checkout. The Contract forms when we accept your Order by:
sending an order confirmation email, and/or
making the Digital Product available in your account, and/or
dispatching Physical Products.
6.2 Prices and taxes
Prices and any delivery costs are shown at checkout. Where applicable, taxes (including VAT) will be shown at checkout.
6.3 Payment processing
Payments are processed via Stripe and Stripe-supported methods. We do not store full card details. Your payment may be subject to fraud checks and Stripe’s terms.
We sell and deliver to the UK and EU (and any other territories shown at checkout).
Delivery time estimates (if shown) are not guarantees and may be affected by factors outside our control.
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact support@mentools.co with your order number and photos where relevant.
Risk transfers to you upon delivery to your nominated address. Title transfers when payment is received in full.
Digital Products are supplied by:
making them available in your account for download and/or access; and/or
sending access instructions by email.
You are responsible for having suitable devices, software, and internet access. We do not guarantee that Digital Products will work on every device or configuration.
Unless stated otherwise, Digital Products are licensed (not sold) to you for personal, non-commercial use.
You must not:
share, resell, sublicense, publish, upload, distribute, or make Digital Products available to others,
remove watermarks or copyright notices,
copy or reproduce Digital Products except for personal use as permitted by law.
We may suspend access to Digital Products if we reasonably suspect sharing, redistribution, fraud, or breach of these Terms.
If you are a Consumer in the UK or EU, you generally have a 14-day right to cancel your Contract without giving a reason (“cooling-off” / “withdrawal” right), starting:
Physical Products: 14 days from the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods.
Digital Products: different rules apply (see 10.3).
This is in addition to rights for faulty or misdescribed goods/digital content (see Section 13).
To cancel within the cooling-off period, email support@mentools.co with:
your name,
order number,
what you purchased,
whether you are cancelling the whole Order or part of it.
A clear statement such as “I wish to cancel my order [order number]” is sufficient.
If you cancel a Physical Product Order:
You must return the goods within 14 days of telling us you are cancelling.
Unless the goods are faulty or we sent the wrong item, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
We will refund the product price and the standard outbound delivery charge (if charged) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence you sent them (whichever is earlier).
You are responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.
For Digital Products supplied immediately (by download or by access), your 14-day cancellation right may be lost once supply/performance begins, if at checkout you:
consent to immediate supply of the Digital Product; and
acknowledge that you will lose your right to cancel once supply begins.
Where the law requires it, we will collect this consent/acknowledgement at checkout before supplying the Digital Product.
This section explains returns for Physical Products.
Where a change-of-mind return is accepted (including under Section 10), Physical Products must be returned:
unused, in resalable condition, and with original packaging/accessories where applicable.
For hygiene/safety reasons, we may refuse returns of sealed items that are not suitable for return once unsealed (where permitted by law).
Email support@mentools.co with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. We will provide return instructions and the return address.
If a return is approved, we will process refunds within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item(s).
Because Digital Products are made available immediately, we do not offer refunds for Digital Products once download/access has started, except:
where you have a legal right to cancel and it has not been lost under Section 10.3, or
where the Digital Product is faulty or not as described (Section 13), or
where we expressly offer a separate written guarantee on the relevant product page/checkout (in which case that guarantee’s terms apply).
Refunds for change-of-mind cancellations/returns are handled under Sections 10 and 11.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
If a Physical Product is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, or if a Digital Product is faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund depending on the circumstances.
To report an issue, email support@mentools.co with your order number and details (and photos/video where relevant). We may request reasonable information to assess the issue and resolve it.
We may cancel an Order if:
we cannot process or verify payment,
we suspect fraud or unauthorised activity,
there is an obvious pricing/description error,
a Product is unavailable and we cannot fulfil it within a reasonable time.
If we cancel, we will refund amounts paid for cancelled items.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support@mentools.co first so we can help quickly.
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute:
we may suspend access to Digital Products associated with the disputed payment while investigating, and
we may provide relevant evidence to our payment providers (e.g., order details, access logs, correspondence) to respond to the dispute.
Chargeback abuse, fraud, or misuse may result in account closure and refusal of future orders.
Promotions are subject to these Terms and any additional terms shown with the promotion.
Unless stated otherwise:
promotions are time-limited and may be withdrawn at any time,
codes are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and may not be combined,
we may refuse or reverse a promotion where we reasonably suspect misuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms.
We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR and EU GDPR where applicable.
Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, lawful bases, retention, your rights, and how to contact us about privacy matters. Our Cookie Policy explains how cookies and similar technologies are used.
These policies form part of your agreement with us when you use the Site.
All Site content, branding, and Product content are owned by MenTools or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our intellectual property except as necessary to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death/personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Subject to the above and to mandatory consumer rights, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, or loss of business arising from use of the Site or Products.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on the Site and change the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your country of residence within the UK/EU.
